The Recognizing Inspiring School Employees (RISE) Award honors classified school employees who provide exemplary service to students. Wilkes County Schools is honored to announce our three finalists for this award. Laurie Carter, Custodian, WWPS Brooke Saggus, School Nurse, WWPS Tara Townsend, Secretary, WWMS Our system RISE Award Winner will be announced in September and will be honored at our Teacher of the Year and RISE Award Reception on October 16th.
