We have had a great start to the 2022-2024 school year! Students are getting in the routine of the daily schedule, and are working diligently on showing PAWS Pride. Below are a few tips to help prepare your child for a great learning experience this year! We hope you find these helpful.
- Ask your child about his/her day.
- Read with your child or listen to your child read daily. A minimum of 20 minutes is suggested.
- Help your child prepare for the following day by preparing materials the night before.
- Communicate with your child's teacher.
- If your child has homework, please look over it each night, and if he/she has an agenda, please read and sign it nightly.
- Try to prevent a rushed schedule in the mornings.
- Ensure your child gets to school on time each day.
- Have your child at school each day.
- Attend school events.
