FREE Summer Meals for Kids!

The Wilkes County School Nutrition Department is excited to offer free summer meals to all children from birth through age 18—no forms, parent pick allowed, no hassle!

Every Tuesday from June 3 – July 15, 2025

Pick-Up Location: Washington-Wilkes High School (Kitchen Entrance)
Time: 8:00–8:30 AM
Parents/guardians can pick up meals for kids—even if they’re not with you!

Can’t make it to the high school? No worries.
We are also delivering meals directly to communities and neighborhoods throughout Wilkes County by school bus.

4. School Street Park – 11:45–12:00 PM

5. Baltimore Community – 12:10–12:30 PM

6. Brightwood Lane Apartments – 12:35–1:00 PM
   344 Andrew Dr., Washington

Each meal bag includes 7 days of nutritious breakfast and lunch items to keep kids fueled and healthy this summer.
