Wilkes County Students Participate in Special Olympics

Special Olympics Participants

The Special Olympic Motto – Let me win but if I cannot win let me be brave in the attempt!

Our students had a wonderful time competing at Fort Gordon in Augusta on Wednesday, April 13, 2017. The athletes are divided up by age, gender and ability into different heats to compete. Each branch of the military was there to help the athletes with the events. 


 

Special Needs Scholarship

Students with Disabilities Survey

Parent Satisfaction Survey - Now Open 

The 2016-2017 parent satisfaction survey is currently available to parents of students with disabilities throughout Georgia. It is critical that the GaDOE assist local school systems in partnering with families to raise the achievement rate for students with disabilities. Completing this survey will assist in achieving this goal.
